Who is Jesus Christ, really?

Jesus Christ was both fully human and fully God — the Son of God, the Messiah, who entered this world in human form, as Jesus, to save humanity. His life, teaching, death, and resurrection are recorded in the Bible, especially in the four Gospels: Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John.

Why did Jesus have to die?

According to the Bible, the penalty for sin is separation from God. Jesus, though sinless, took that penalty upon himself in our place, opening the way for humanity to be reconciled with God. His death shows the depth of God’s love, and his resurrection is a sign of victory over sin and death.

Can the Bible be trusted?

The Bible is one of the most extensively documented ancient texts in terms of surviving manuscripts. Christians believe it to be the inspired word of God, written by many authors over centuries, yet carrying one coherent message centered on Jesus Christ.

Does believing in Christ mean changing my religion?

Following Christ is, first and foremost, an invitation to a personal, living relationship with God — more than simply joining a religion. Many describe it not as changing religion, but as finding new purpose, identity, and hope.

Will I stop sinning after I believe?

Being saved doesn’t mean instant perfection. Christians continue to grow and change throughout their lives, but now with the help of God’s Spirit and within a relationship of forgiveness, not fear of condemnation, moving toward greater likeness to Christ.

What should I do after believing?

Reading the Bible daily (starting with the Gospel of John is a great place), praying and talking honestly with God, and finding a community of other Christians for support and growth are all good first steps. If you’d like guidance, reach out through our Contact page.
